Three masters of Japanese ceramics
On the occasion of Asia Week New York (September 2025), we are delighted to present a group exhibition of works by three artists: Koinuma Michio, Kawamoto Goro, and Tsuboshima Dohei. The artists, who emerged in post-war Japan, explored the radical idea that ceramic vessels serve as a mode of individualistic expression, expanding the category of "Object-vessels" within Japanese ceramics. We warmly welcome you to visit us and experience the beautiful objects by three pioneering artists of their generation.
